Message Last summer my drivers side rubbers rolled over a very hard bump on our everlasting construction roads here in the VA/MD area. The result, I found out a month ago, was a deep groove wear on the inside front tire. I was replacing tires anyway so decided to do 4-wheel alignment during tire replacement. After alignment, I noticed that with steering dead center, the drivers wheel seems to be pointing very slightly outwards. Had alignment redone, same result. Asked tech to check and he couldn't find anything out of place. Any clues? I'd hate to eat up my new drivers front tire quickly. Could it just be that the wider tires up front (255/35/18) are playing tricks with my old eyes?

Alignment Numbers (degrees)
Front Camber L/R: -1.6/-1.9
Front Caster L/R: +9/+9.4
Front Toe L/R: +0.09/+0.09
Front SAI L/R: 13.7/13.9
Total Toe: 0.18

Thanks folks.
